ISEAL is governed by a Board of Directors that is supported by sub committees.

ISEAL is overseen by a Board of Directors that consists of representatives from our full member organisations. The Board guides the strategic direction of ISEAL’s work and provides approval for ISEAL’s strategic plans, business plans, annual work plans and large-scale projects. The ISEAL Board does not develop or approve the content of the ISEAL Codes of Good Practice. The Code development process is managed by an independent Technical Committee made up of outside experts.

The Membership Committee and Finance Committee make recommendations to the Board about the financial management of ISEAL and issues concerning ISEAL’s membership.
