As Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator, Marta supports activities within the ISEAL Learning and Membership Programme, including assisting members in implementing the ISEAL Impacts Code and helping support the ISEAL Secretariat’s own evaluation and monitoring efforts. Prior to joining ISEAL, Marta evaluated a development project for the FAO in Honduras, and worked for the Danish Ethical Trading Initiative. Originally from Spain, she holds a M.Sc. in Business and Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School, where she specialised in CSR and sustainability standards, and worked on a case study about the perceptions Nicaraguan coffee farmers had of sustainability standards. She also holds a graduate degree in Business Administration from ETEA Faculty of Business and Economics in Córdoba, Spain. Marta is based in London.
