UTZ CERTIFIED Good Inside is a sustainability program for coffee, cocoa and tea. Functional Specialist Traceability

UTZ CERTIFIED has developed a new web based traceability infrastructure called Octopus, enabling commodity industries to show transparency and give insight in the different levels of sustainability throughout the supply chain.

You are responsible for the functional management of the application. Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of business processes and logistics enable you to rapidly build up functional expertise. You plan, organise and support the implementation for the internal organisation as well as external chain parties and certification bodies. You develop support material for all clients and you advise and support chain members in the integration of Octopus. You join UTZ presales in external presentations. Your service oriented attitude and interpersonal skills smoothen effective communication and implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project management of implementation with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Functional Management and translation of business requirements into functional designs;
  • (Pre)sales support;
  • Supplier management, SLA management;
  • Perform risk assessments and impact analyses of the traceability system;
  • Monitoring kpi’s and advising on action and scenarios.

The Project Manager reports to the Traceability Manager.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the area of business logistics and functional process management;
  • Degree in business (logistics), process management or related;
  • Experience with the organizational implementation of ERP and/or workflow systems;
  • Ability to translate business requirement into ICT solutions;
  • Fluency in English, other languages are plusses;
  • Excellent analytical skills, project management and organizational skills;
  • Independent and able to work in a very dynamic environment;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Proactive, committed to excellence;
  • Intercultural team player, international work experience.
