Rosie Forsyth

Rosie is ISEAL's Associate Manager, Innovations

I am part of the Innovations Team at ISEAL where I support our work to ensure members are well-positioned to drive transformation to full sustainability in the sectors in which they work. This includes supporting members to drive continual improvement and researching promising approaches such as outcomes-based standards and benchmarking efforts.  I also support learning through a member-only community of practice on the Standard-Setting Code and am ISEAL's technical lead on standard-setting good practices.

I previously worked in ISEAL's Membership & Services Team for over 5 years, co-chairing the ISEAL Membership Committee and supporting members on their continued learning around and compliance with the ISEAL Codes of Good Practice, peer review and independent evaluation processes as part of the pathway to membership.

Before ISEAL...

I assisted the Deputy Director at UN Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD) in Geneva on a publication relating to “Non-State Actors in Markets, Business and Regulation."  I hold a BA Hons degree in French and Spanish and a MSc in International Public Policy from University College London. During, and since graduating from my Masters, I carried out work placements at the ActionAid Corporate Campaigns Team on supply chain relationships in the grocery sector; interned in the Innovations Team at YouGov; and worked in project and bid management for the International Project Group of PKF LLP development consultancy.
