As part of the ATLA project, Better Cotton Pakistan has explored way to work with the Punjab Provincial Government, Civil Society as well as with private sector to embed the BCSS Model into national cotton production practice. The Jurisdictional Approach is one of the key strategy framework for such kind of collaborative arrangements by adopting the standards in national policy context.
This series of papers was developed as part of an exploratory workstream investigating the role and maturity of monitoring and measurement in different landscape and jurisdictional initiatives. The papers are targeted towards landscape and jurisdictional practitioners and focus on the practicalities of measurement for landscape and jurisdictional initiatives.
This report will  discuss the challenges the M3 Partnership faced developing a shared approach to stakeholder engagement, explore the extent to which the higher-level objective of reducing duplicative or competitive communications and reducing stakeholder confusion and fatigue has been achieved throughout the project, and outline lessons learned.
